Course structure
- 5 knowledge sections + 5 confined dives + 4 open water dives
How the days run
Day 1Knowledge development, equipment set-up, and confined water dives 1–2.
Day 2Confined water dives 3–5 and the swim and float assessment.
Day 3Open water training dives 1 and 2 from the boat.
Day 4Open water training dives 3 and 4, final exam, and certification.
