The most direct way to find out whether diving is for you. After a short briefing and a shallow-water skills session, you descend on a real reef with a PADI Instructor at your side. No certification, swimming qualification or prior experience is required.

Course structure
- Briefing + confined water skills + 1 boat dive
How the days run
Step 1Paperwork, medical questionnaire and a briefing on how the equipment works.
Step 2Confined shallow water: breathing underwater, clearing your mask, and regulator recovery.
Step 3Boat ride to the reef, then a guided dive to a maximum of 12 metres.
Step 4Debrief, photos handed over, and a walkthrough of what certification would involve.
