Booking terms
How booking and paying a 20% advance works, and what we ask of every diver.

Who you are booking with
ScubaDiveIn is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort at Beach No 1, Govind Nagar, Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep), Andaman and Nicobar Islands 744211, India. These terms apply when you book a dive, course or other activity with us, including when you pay a booking advance on this website.
Prices
Prices on this website are in Indian rupees, per person unless stated otherwise, and exclude 18% GST, which is added when you book. Offer prices apply to bookings made while the offer is shown on the website.
Booking and advance payment
- You can confirm a booking by paying an advance of 20% of the price including GST online through Razorpay. The balance is paid at the dive centre before your activity starts.
- After your payment, we confirm your slot with you on WhatsApp. If we cannot offer the date you chose, you can move to another date or receive a full refund.
- Razorpay emails you a receipt for the advance.
Cancellations and refunds
See our cancellation and refund policy. In short: the advance is refunded in full if you cancel 48 hours or more before your activity, and always if we cancel.
Taking part safely
- Every participant completes the PADI medical questionnaire and the training and liability forms before diving. Some medical answers need a physician's approval before you can dive; please check the questionnaire before you travel.
- Minimum ages and prerequisites are listed on each course page.
- You agree to follow your instructor's briefings and instructions. The dive site for each day is chosen on the morning against wind, swell and the certifications on the boat, so a particular site cannot be guaranteed.
How the service is delivered
All activities take place in person, at our dive centre and dive sites around Havelock Island, on the date agreed with you. Nothing is shipped. For certification courses, PADI issues your certification after you complete the course.
